Data Storage & Security
To protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, TGH uses an online software service, AirTable. Survey data collected by Typeform is transferred to Airtable automatically via integrations and parsed to various databases based on the type of information.
Data is stored in secure databases with access restricted to authorized personnel. Cloud storage solutions are used when necessary, ensuring they comply with security standards such as encryption and access controls. Sensitive data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to data is granted based on the principle of least privilege. Staff members have access only to the data necessary for their role. Regular security audits and assessments are conducted to identify and mitigate potential risks.
