Program Facilitator - Tech Goes Home TN (Hamilton County)

Tech Goes Home Tennessee (TGH TN) seeks a Program Facilitator in Hamilton County to work on our digital inclusion program. The work will be concentrated in Hamilton County but may include travel to surrounding counties if needed.


ABOUT THE PROGRAM FACILITATOR POSITION

Key responsibilities in this role are:
  • Coordination of classes in Chattanooga and Hamilton County through trainer support and data management (ex. Class tracking, survey completion, attendance, etc.)
  • Supporting the Southeast Program Lead with the community trainer network
  • Monitoring budgets for responsible grants
  • Trainer & Partner relationship management & support (ex. additional technology needs, class support, etc.)
  • Device logistics coordination with device vendor 

The ideal candidate will possess: 
  • Experience working in the following counties: Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Polk, Rhea, and Sequatchie
  • Experience working with nonprofit, government, and community partners
  • An overall passion for education and digital equity 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Working proficiency with Google Drive and Google apps
  • Proficiency in basic internet and computer troubleshooting
  • Proficient in programs similar to AirTable, Canva, Mail Chimp
  • A track record of being a strong team player and a self-starter

Additional Requirements
  • Criminal background screening
  • This position may travel throughout the Southeast Tennessee region. Regular use of a personal vehicle and maintenance of personal auto insurance in accordance with TN state law is required.

This is a full-time position with benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) contributions. Mileage reimbursement for any work-related travel outside of Hamilton County and, when applicable, overnight lodging is also included. The salary is $42,000 - $45,000, commensurate with experience. This position is funded by a grant contract with the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and the Tennessee Broadband Office which expires in December, 2026. Any offer of employment is contingent upon a criminal background screening.
