If you want to take a break from Facebook, you can deactivate your account. Deactivating stops people from seeing your profile and posts until you decide to come back.

Bonus: Creating a Facebook Business Page
To create a business Facebook page, go to the Facebook website, click on "Create" at the top right, and select "Page." Follow the prompts to enter your business information, upload a profile picture and cover photo, and you'll have your page ready to connect with customers and share updates.
